1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a service has been delivered, such as funnel setup, CRM integration, or AI dialer deployment, no refunds will be issued.

2. Setup or Subscription Fees

All setup fees, subscriptions, and platform access fees (e.g., GHL CRM, AI dialers) are non-refundable once access is granted or work has commenced.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • Payment was made more than once for the same service (duplicate charge)
  • The service was not delivered as per written agreement or timeline
  • You notify us within 3 days of the transaction with valid proof and reasoning

4. Requesting a Refund

5. Payment Gateway Fees

Any transaction or payment gateway fees (charged by Razorpay or banks) are non-refundable under any circumstance.
